1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website at smartechmi.com, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the service.

2. Our Services

SMARTECHMI provides digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Website Development & Design
• Graphic Designing & Branding
• Content Creation & Copywriting
• Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC)
• Web Application Development

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate project proposal or Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed for the project
• Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure that all content/materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

• A non-refundable advance of 50% is required before project commencement
• Balance payment is due upon project completion, before final delivery
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise mentioned
• Late payments may attract an interest of 2% per month

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods agreed upon.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. However:

• SMARTECHMI retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their own licenses
• Source code ownership depends on the specific service agreement
• Rejected concepts and unused drafts remain the property of SMARTECHMI

6. Revisions & Modifications

Each project package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be charged separately at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes may require a revised quotation.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Projects may be cancelled by written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
• If SMARTECHMI fails to deliver agreed services, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
• Recurring digital marketing services may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SMARTECHMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, client data, login credentials, and trade secrets.

10. Website Usage

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website
• Submit false information through our forms

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. SMARTECHMI is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

SMARTECHMI reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
